RENTAL/LEASE APPLICANTS- Unit owners must be current with their association dues, and their units must be eligible for rental/lease as per the association’s rental/lease restrictions. Please be advised that if you fail to inquire on the status of the unit owner’s balance and the eligibility of the unit’s approval for such, your application will be denied, and you will not be refunded any fees paid for the application process. Fees are nonrefundable.
