We understand that some Associations prefer Self-Management, and we are proud to offer our services to these Associations as well—in the form of Association Financial Services. Board Members who participate in the management of their Associations often find themselves overwhelmed or unprepared for the financial aspects of Association management.

We ease this burden by contracting with the Association to handle the bookkeeping, late letters, and financial statement reporting as required by the Florida statutes.
