Who We Are

Since August 2007, CPMG has been devoted to providing our clients with honest, professional, and always reliable service. We are proud to be one of the most trusted Community Association Management firms in the Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. We are proud to be a family-owned and operated company. Our Associations are an extension of our family as some of them have grown alongside us since 2007. Our familial structure gives our Associations the security and pride that their needs are being met with the utmost professionalism and a combined 30+ years of experience from Licensed CAMs. 

We are also proud to say we’ve made a lot of changes over the years in the pursuit of progress. In early 2022 we relocated from our Miami Lakes office to our first newly constructed office. We are now conveniently located near I-95, Florida’s Turnpike, and the Palmetto Expressway—making it even easier for our clients to come and see us. Our new office is only one of the major changes we’ve made towards progress, and it has allowed us to provide our staff and clients with a modern and welcoming office environment. We’ve also grown our Customer Service Department to always have someone available for our Associations and Homeowners to speak with. We are also growing our management team; we have always and will continue to assign Licensed Community Association Managers to all our Associations.
